Refund, Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Refund & Return Policy


To begin a return request, customers must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Form.

Please allow time to receive the Return Authorization Form via email after submitting your return request. Returns will not be accepted without an approved RA form.


The customer is fully responsible for the condition of returned items. Any damage resulting from improper packaging, shipping damage, or mishandling may result in denial of the refund. If the product arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the customer will be responsible for the cost required to ship the product back to them.

Issuance of a Return Authorization does not guarantee a refund.

Blurred Vision Audio reserves the right to refuse any return at its sole discretion.


General Returns

Blurred Vision Audio accepts returns on new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be new, unused, never powered on, mounted, or installed

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging

• All original materials must be included (foam, plastic wrap, manuals, stickers, etc.)

A 20% restocking fee per item will apply to all approved returns.

The following charges are non-refundable:

• Shipping costs

• Insurance charges

• Package protection fees

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs

• Proper packaging of the returned product

• Insuring the shipment


Blurred Vision Audio is not responsible for damage occurring during return shipping.


Important Return Restrictions

Any item that has been opened by the consumer is no longer eligible for return, regardless of whether it has been powered on, mounted, or used.

Returns will NOT be authorized without the original packaging under any circumstances.


Snap Finance Purchases

Orders placed using Snap Finance are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.


Recone Kits

Customers must verify impedance and specifications prior to installation.

Any issue must be reported before installation.

Once a recone kit has been installed, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.


Exchanges

Blurred Vision Audio allows exchanges for new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for exchanges include:

• Items must be unopened, unused, never powered on, mounted, or installed

• Items must be returned in original packaging with all materials included

A 20% restocking fee per item will apply to all exchanges.


Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs

• Proper packaging

• Insurance on the return shipment

Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.


Exchange Processing

Once the returned product is received, Blurred Vision Audio will inspect the item.

If the item is confirmed to be in new condition, the purchase amount minus the 20% restocking fee will be applied to the customer's account as store credit, and an invoice will be issued for the replacement product.


Items Deemed Used

If a returned item is found to be opened, installed, or used, making it unsuitable for resale as new, the customer will have the following options:

• Pay shipping costs to have the item returned to them

OR

• Accept 25% of the original purchase price as store credit


Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned to sender, the following will apply:

• The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs

• A 20% restocking fee per item will still apply

• These charges will be deducted from the refund amount

If an order was shipped directly from one of our suppliers, and delivery is refused or returned, refund processing may take longer due to supplier return procedures.

Shipping charges and package protection fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

Order cancellations may be requested but are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order ships before cancellation is completed, the customer must follow the standard return policy.

Refund Processing Time

Once a return is received and inspected, please allow:

• 10–14 business days for processing

• An additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on the payment method used

Return Shipment of Warranty Items

Items approved for warranty repair or replacement will be shipped back to the original shipping address listed on the order.

If a different return address is required, the customer must notify Blurred Vision Audio before shipping the product for warranty service.

Blurred Vision Audio is not responsible for replacement shipments sent to the original order address if no alternate address was provided beforehand.


Warranty Policy

Subwoofers • Amplifiers • Radios • Speakers

All Blurred Vision Audio products are power tested in-house prior to shipment to ensure they are free from manufacturer defects.

All products include a 30-Day Limited Warranty beginning from the original date of purchase.

Subwoofer Break-In Requirement

All subwoofers require a minimum 5-hour break-in period due to the stiffness of the suspension components.

Failure to properly break in the subwoofer may cause damage, including voice coil separation from the cone or spider, which is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

• Improper installation

• Operating above rated power levels

• Excessive clipping or distortion

• Accidental damage

• Misuse or abuse

• Improper wiring

• Operation outside intended specifications

• Products modified or repaired by anyone other than Blurred Vision Audio

Unwinding of the voice coil is NOT covered under warranty under any circumstances.

This condition is considered abuse.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.

This warranty:

• Applies only to the original purchaser

• Is not an insurance policy


Warranty Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Blurred Vision Audio for inspection.

If the product is confirmed to be covered under warranty, return shipping back to the customer will be covered by Blurred Vision Audio.

If the product is not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Blurred Vision Audio reserves the right to repair or replace products approved under warranty at its sole discretion.

Shipping Damage During Warranty Returns

If a product is returned for warranty service using improper packaging and arrives damaged, the customer will be responsible for all repair or replacement costs.

Blurred Vision Audio is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

By installing or operating Blurred Vision Audio speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, or radios, the user assumes full responsibility for their use.

Blurred Vision Audio is not liable for:

• Hearing loss

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Vehicle damage

• Damage to third parties or their property

This limitation of liability applies without restriction to the examples listed above.
